WILSON, Esq. County Surveyor You are hereby authorized and required to admeasure and lay out or cause to be admeasured and laid out unto James RACHEL a tract of land containing one hundred acres in said County of Hancock on his own head right-taking especial care that the same had not been heretofore laid out to any person or persons-said land lying on the Waters of Williams' Creek adjoining John RACHEL & George RACHEL and the Horton tract of land-any you are further directed to record the plat of the same in your Office and transmit a copy thereof together with this warrant to the Survey or General within two years from the date hereof, Given under our hands and seals this 5th day of December 1837.
