                                Hubie Roberts
 WILMINGTON--- Mr. Hubie McAllister Roberts, age 80 of 6029 Shiloh Dr. 
Wilmington, died Friday, March 26, 2004 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center. He 
was born January 26, 1924 in Sparta, Ga. to the late William and Angie Long 
Roberts.
 He was a member of the Federal Point Masonic Lodge 753 AF&AM and VFW Post 
#2573.
 He is survived by two sons, William T. Roberts and Richard W. Roberts; a 
daughter, Barbara Ann Swinson of Wilmington; four brothers, Paul Roberts of 
Sparta, Ga., David "Bo" Roberts of Monticello, Ga., John Robertsof Dublin, 
Ga., and Warren Roberts of Hickory; three grandchildren, Brian Whitley, Sean 
Roberts, and David Roberts.
 Interment services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at Lakeland 
Memorial Park, Monroe, NC.

Additional Comments:
His wife was Annie Lucille Smith Roberts who is also buried at Lakeland 
Memorial Park Cemetery.
