R.H. Thomas

Sparta, Ga., April 4 – R.H. Thomas died here Saturday night.  He was 68 years 
of age and is survived by his wife, two sons, Clarence Thomas, of Atlanta, and 
Winston Thomas, of Sparta, and two daughters, Mrs. W.O. Shivers and Mrs. T.M. 
Jones, both of Sparta.  He leaves four brothers, F.G. Thomas, of Sparta; Hon. 
L.W. Thomas, of Atlanta; Dr. J.L. Thomas, of Griffin; Prof. W.P. Thomas, of 
West Point, and one sister, Mrs. Julia Perryman, of Talbotton.  The funeral 
was held in the Sparta Methodist cemetery Tuesday morning.

Sparta this week.
