Georgia, Hancock County I Matthew Brake of the County and State aforesaid do make, constitute and appoint this my last will and testament in the manner following First - After my burial expenses are paid and all my just debts paid out of my ready money and the proceeds of my crop, it is my will that the balance of my estate both real and personal should remain together at the command and entire management of my beloved wife Elizabeth, to raise and educate my children. Secondly - As my children arrive to the age of twenty one years, or get married, it is my will that my estate should be valued and such of my legatees, as are then of age or married should have an equal portion or ( )allotted off and the residue of my estate to remain at the management of my beloved wife until another of my legatees arrive to such and are entitled them and so on in suspicion until all of my legatees are paid off. Thirdly - I wish it so understood that my legatees are to be benifitted by the increase or abide by the loss, my estate sustain or attain during their minority.
