*Page 164- Saturday 16th March 1805...Ordered that temporary letters of
administration be and the same is hereby granted to John Sledge on the
estate of Philip Barnheart, deceased and that Robert Clark, Daniel Lowe,
Jeremiah Thrower & Edward Clanton on any three of them, be and they are 
hereby appointed to appraise on oath, the personal estate of the said
