Will of Sara Dennis 07 Dec 1854 Hancock County, GA WILL OF SARA SMITH DENNIS GEORGIA, HANCOCK COUNTY, DECEMBER 7, 1854 Know all men that I , Sarah Smith Dennis, for the love I have for my daughter, Patience Clark, do will and bequeath unto said Patience during her life I will my house and lot near the Town of Sparta, the residence of the said Patience at this time. And if said Patience Clark dies or ever leaves the house or marries, it is my will and testament that the house and lot be sold and the money loaned out until my Grand daughters, Sarah Clark and Georgianna Clark, one or the other dies, it is my will that the Surviving one have the whole proceeds arising from the sale of my house and lot. It is also my will that my son, George W. Dennis shall have the sum of one dollar. And it is my will that William B.
