Portion No 1 in the possession of Mr Berry and wife Containing 796 acres. including the mill @ $3600 Portion No 2 Containing 1802 acres valued @ $3600 Portion No 3 Containing 1031 acres including the mansion buildings / subject to privilige to Mrs Devereaux @ $3600 Portion No 4 Containing 1086 acres valued @ $3600 Portion No 5 Containing 1502 acres valued @ $3600 The aforesaid lots No one and five by the will are given to the Two daughters; the former to Mrs Berry. the latter to Mrs Leblias(?). Ann The no. two. three. four being placed in a hat on seperate Papers to assign to Samuel M Devereaux his portio--- No 3 three was drawn for him--and we therefore set off to him lot no. three as designated in said plat as his portion of the lands of said testator in this county.
