Dunn Hancock County, Georgia Signed Sept. 13, 1884 Proven date not given Died June 16, 1886 Georgia Hancock County In the name of God, Amen, I, Augustus B. Dunn of the state of the state and county aforesaid being afflicted but of sound and disposing mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me. Item 1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Thenie Dunn, one hundred acres of land being in Glascock County of same state aforesaid. The same land I bought of Mrs. Josephine Killebrew. Also one good bed, bedstead and furniture for said bed, one good horse, one cow and calf, my buggy and harness and I desire that any and every claim that I may hold against her if not settled during my life, that at my death she be excluded from the payment of any such claims. Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my son, Thos J. Dunn, during his life and at his death to his surviving wife and his children all that tract or parcel of land upon which he now lives containing over one hundred and sixty-five (165) acres, more or less. And I desire that in case his widow shall marry again that her interest in the land shall cease at the time of her marriage And I further desire that the ten (10) acres which was cut-off to me go back to him at my death and that A. F. Dunn, my son-in-law, to have the privilege of getting such timber on said ten acres as he may desire. Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my daughter Susan L. Dunn and her children all that tract on parcel of land upon which they now live containing one hundred and eighty five (185) acres more or less. Item 4th I give and bequeath to my daughter Elmina J. White and her children all that tract or parcel of land upon which they now or did live containing seventy five (75) acres more or less. And in case she should return to live upon them again I desire that she shall have a farm horse and cow and calf. Item 5th I give and bequeath to my son, James M. Dunn during his life and at his death to his living wife and his children my entire home place as follows ............by land of G. W. Bass and on the east by Dry Creek, on the south by .........and on the west by lands of the said Elmina J. White supposed to contain two hundred and fifty (250) acres more or less. But I desire that my wife, Thenie Dunn, shall have a home at said Home Place with them if she so desires. And I further desire that in case the widow of my son, Jas. M. Dunn, shall marry again that her interest in said land shall cease at the time of her marriage. Item 6th I give and bequeath to my daughter Mrs. M. E. Johnson and her children the remaining portion of my land on south side of dry creek joining land of T. J. Dunn, Columbus Johnson and the home place sufficient to contain one hundred and fourteen acres (114) I further give and bequeath to her the land I bought of R. H. Moore joining lands of G. G. Ezell, J. W. Moore and Miss Anna M. Culver containing eighty seven and a half acres (1871/2), more or less. Item 7th I five and bequeath to the children of my deceased son, B. F. Dunn, the sum of five hundred (500.00) dollars in cash which I consider their full share in my estate. Item 8th I desire that all my remaining property including money notes and accounts after being reduced to money and after paying all my just debts shall be equally divided among all my children. And I further desire of my son, Thos. J. Dunn, and my son-in-law, A. F. Dunn, do not pay their indebtedness to me during my life that at my death they be released from the payment of each debt and their notes..... Item 9th I hereby constitute my son, J. M. Dunn and my son-in-law, F. F. Dunn Executors of this my last will and testament. A. B. Dunn Signed, sealed, declared and published by A. B.
