I desire that my body be buried ina decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. I give and bequeath to my daughter ESTELLE ARNOLD one hundred and twenty five acres of land more or less known as the LEE FGABRIEL Place. I give and bequeath to my daughter ROSA KING what is known as the GILLIS Place containing one hundred and twenty five acres of landmore or less, the line between this place and the land devised in paragraph 4 of this Will to be run by agreement between my daughter Rosa and my son ALVIN and if they cannot agree then by three disintered person out to be selected by my daughter Rosa and by my son ALVIN and the third to be selected by my said daughter and son. I give and bequeath to my son ALVIN HARPER and my GRANDSON GLENN HARPER jointly my home place containing one hundred and twenty five acres of land more or less including the residence and known as the LYDIA ROE Place. I give and bequeath to my three children above named all other property of which I may die seized or possessed share and share alike to be divided equally between them. For the purpose of carrying this Willinto effect- I constitute and appoint my 2 daughters ROSA KING and ESTELLE ARNOLD executrices of this Will, hereby conferring upon them full and complete power and authority to execute the Will without giving any bond, having an appraisement or making any inventory or without the necessity of order from any court with the right to sell and convey with the proper required to make any return to any court of their acrs and doings in the premises. In witness whereof- I have hereunto affixed my signature under seal this 25th day of January 1935.
