I also leave and it is my special desire that all my just debts shall be paid out of any property that she may think proper to dispose of my estate and the balance that may remain of my estate after my just debts are paid, to be disposed of in the following manner. I give to my beloved wife Martha Harper the one half of my estate both real and personal and the other half I give to my only son, Benjamin I. Harper-the said estate to be kept together until if my said wife Martha shall think proper until she marries or my said son Benjamin marries or becomes of age at which time an equal division must be made, revoking all other wills by me made.
