Judkins Hunt's Will, HANCOCK CO., GA (Bk. I give to my son James Hunt one negro man named David in place of one that he lost. I give to my daughter Mary Wallace the following negroes; Viz., Liburn, Will, Claborn, Randel, Peg and Nan, with all the household furniture. I give to my daughter Sally Rivers one negro woman named Dinah with all her increases. I have given to Elizabeth Greene, deceased all that I intend for her, also to William Hunt, Judkins Hunt and Nancy Greene, I have likewise given them legacies of my estate. I wish Moses to live where he pleases, as he is old and has been a faithful servant. I expect a lawsuit to be commence for negroes that I willed away in consequence of a bill of sale fraudulently obtained, as such, I wish the negroes remain where they are until the suit is ended if any is begun and in such a case I wish those that are interested to defend the suit. My last wish is that Owen Woodward, George Smith, and Mike Graybill be my executors of this Last Will and Testament.
