Ingram shewing that they have applied to the Clerk of this Court for letters of Administration on the Estate of Bartholomew Ingram dec'd and that the clerk has had the notice of said application published according to law. It is therefore ordered that letters of administration do ifsue to the applicants on their giving the security required by the law. Whereupon the said William Fraley and Thomas W. Ingram appeared personally in Court and ____ in the sum of Forty Thousand dollars with William H. Layne and Eli H. Baxter their securities approved by the court and were duly qualified as administrators of said estate and received letters of administration in the premises. On the application of William Fraley and Thomas W. Ingram adm. Of & of Bartholomew Ingram dec'd it is ordered that Michael Graybill, John Graybill, Gidn. Holsey, John I. Bersy and Thomas C. Butts Esquires be and they are hereby appointed appraisers of the personal property of said dec'd and that they or any three of them after being duly sworn do appraise said property and return their appraisment thereof to said admrs.
