I, William Ingram, being porly in Body & sencible of the Mortality man is insident to, & I do make and ordain this my last will & testament. Item It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid. Item I lend unto my beloved wife Lucresa Ingram during her widowhood my land & plantation but in case she maries, one third part during her natural life with two negrows (to wit) barrel & little hannah, two feather beds & furniture, one sorrel mare _______ til which I had of George Brewer & two cows & one calf, seven head of my best hogs & one sow & pigs with the lone of the rest of my negrows for a term of years that my Executors say ____ _____ to support cloth & educate my children & it is my desire that as soon as my son Benjamin Ingram arrives to the age of twenty one years my negrows Davey, aga, Big Hannah, George & Nancy be equally divided among my surviving children, Benjamin Ingram, Robert Ingram & the one my wife’s pregnant with if it lives. All the balance of my estate not mentioned to be sold for the benefit of my heirs & creditors & I do ordain & appoint Andrew Jeter & Benjamin Harper Executors to this my last will & testament in witnefs whereof I have ____ ____ my hand this seventeenth day of November one thousand eight hundred & four.
