Present their Honors Joel Crawford John L. Swinney John M. Rabun The last will and testament of Lloyd Kelly late of this county deceased was produced in open Court by John A. Evens one of the nominated Executors and the due and legal execution thereof by said Testator and his sanity and competency at the time of executing said Will being satisfactorily proven to the Court by the witness of Rhoda Dunn and Pheribe Andrews two of the subscribing witnesses to said Will; It is adjudged that said Will be deemed legally proved and that it be admitted to record. Georgia Hancock County In the name of God Amen. I Loyd Kelly........................... Item 1. I give and bequeath unto Jeptha Harrison one bed.....and furniture and cow and calf. Item 2. It is furthermore my will and desire that all my property not disposed of in this my last Will and Testament both real and personal be sold and after paying all my just debts and burying and funeral expenses to be equally divided between my three daughters Jemima Barefield, Aquilla Evans and Cynthia Evans. Item 3. I nominate and appoint Solomon Barefield, John A.
