Dickson, Jr. Shows that Nancy Shy late of Said County Deceased, Departed this life Leaving an Estate consisting of land and perishable property amounting to the sum of Seventeen hundred dollars held in Common with Margaret Shy, that Said deceased died without a will as your petitioner believes & thereby alleges, Your petitioner is a citizen of Georgia over the age of twenty one years, & applies for Letters Administration as of Kin to the Said deceased: Wherefore he prays that Citation issue that he may obtain permanent letters of Administration on the Estate of Said Nancy Shy deceased. Due & Legal Notice of this intended Application has been published in the Times & Planter, a Gazette published at Sparta, Ga.
