To my brother Ewel Watts five dollars, and unto my sister Susannah Marknin (?) five dollars. To my sister Mary George five dollars. To my niece Elan Haly Haise the daughter of my sister Katherine Haise the sum of one hundred dollars. To my brother Samuel Watts, fifty dollars and my clothing. To my sister Winnefret Watts, fifteen hundred dollars, which sum I wish my brother William Watts to keep in his hands for her support until she may marry. Should she marry I wish my brother William Watts to lay out the said fifteen hundred dollars to the best advantage in negroes and such other property as he may think best. But I will that brother William still hold the right of property for the support of her. And the airs of her body. Which airs I will to have the property at her death. And unto my brother William Watts I give the remainder of my property, which consists of two tracts of land. One in Polk County known as No 27 and the other in Early County known as No two hundred 26 Georgia. And all the money left after he pays to the above named legatees. I appoint my brother William Watts my executor. November 4, 1837 Spencer Watts Tests: Early Roc William W Harris George Arnoss (?)
