NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SELL LANDS FOR DIVISION

State of Alabama Cleburne County Probate Court

July 3, 1940

Nettie Lee West of Bremen, Ga.

Tiny Weathington of Clem, Ga.

W. M. Anderson, Hugh Anderson and Mrs. Mary Etta Williams of Arp, Texas

Lena Warren of Tyler, Texas

Buell Wisener, Billey Wisener and Harold Wisener, minors and their father 
J. J. Wisener of Arp, Texas

Alice Mae Lambert a minor and her father Roy W. Lambert of Houston, Texas

On this 3rd day of July 1940, came Lennie Chandler and filed her petition in 
writing, under oath, praying for an order and proceeding to sell certain 
property described there for the purose of division and partition between 
said petitioner and:

Nettie Lee West

Tiny Wethington

W.M. Anderson

Hugh Anderson

Mary Etta Eilliams

Lena Warren

Buell Wisener

Billy Wisener

Harold Wisener

Alice Mae Lambert

as joint owners of said property. It is ordered that said petition be set 
down for hearing on the 20th day of August 1940 and that notice thereof, 
together with the day set for hearing same, be given the above named persons 
as said joint owners of said property, by citation to be personally served 
on them ten days before said day appointed for hearing the same, and also by 
publication for three successive weeks in The Cleburne News, a newspaper
