NEWSPAPER Issue of Friday, OCTOBER 29, 1880

MURDER IN HARALSON

We learn from a gentleman who was in Haralson county the first of the week that
a man by the name of Green was killed in that county last Monday night near 
McBride's bridge on the Tallapoosa River in the neighborhood of the Tallapoosa 
post office. Our informant did not learn the particulars of the killing, but 
says that he understood that the shooting was done by a woman.
