Additional Comments:
I saw this monument/plaque in the Armor Memorial Park outside the Patton 
Museum in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. Since the memorial is for a soldier from Georgia 
I took a picture of it. I only saw two monuments for individuals (rather than 
units or groups) and this was one of them. There could have been more that I 
didn't see as it's a large park with many monuments and memorials.
