Said real property containing of land lots Numbers eight hundred and seventeen, Eight hundred and eighteen, eight hundred and twenty, eight hundred and forty six, eight hundred and forty seven, eight hundred and eighty one and eight hundred and eighty two, all in the first district and fourth section of originally Cherokee [Note by transcriber: Cherokee was not a part of what is now Haralson County] He may have meant formerly Cherokee land, which was even before Carroll Co.], now Haralson County, said property both real and personal to be equally divided between the above named five children after the payments of all my just debts and decent burial expenses according to my circumstances in life. Item 2nd.....I appoint JAMES WESLEY BATES as executor of this my last will and testament Signed in the presence of the undersigned witnesses and they signing as witnesses in presence of each other.
