I, DAVID BOWLING, of said State and County being of sound mind and memory but suffering with that which I believe to be a fatal and incurable disease and being desirous while in life and sound mind to dispose of my property and to provide for my beloved wife and family as hereinafter recited, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. 1st, it is my desire and I do hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved wife MRS. J. C. BOWLING, all my Real and personal property of whatsoever character of which I may die seized or professed to have and to hold during her natural life or widowhood. And after her death or intermarriage then it is my desire that all my said property shall go to my two sons, E. P. AND J. S. BOLWING OR IN CASE OF THEIR DEATH Of either of them tnen to their lawful heirs, now do publish sign and seal my Will with my said wife J. C. BOWLING Executrix of the above and forgoing as and to be my last will and testament in the presence of each of the witnesses whose names are hereunto subscribed and at my request to that all and each of them witness my signature hereto signed, sealed and published this Feby 24th, 1882.
