WILL BOOK A, PAGE 165   WILL OF HENRY M. BRUCE

I, Henry M. Bruce of Tallapoosa in the county of
Haralson, State of Georgia, do make this my last
will and testament as follows:

First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my executrix hereinafter named. 


Second, I devise and bequeath to my wife MARTHA F.
BRUCE all my property and estate of whatever kind
whether real, personal or mixed and whether legal or
equitable.

Third, I hereby nominate and appoint my son EDWARD
H. BRUCE executor of this my last will and
testament, and request that he be allowed to qualify
without security other than his own personal bond.

Witness my hand and seal this fifth day of October
1901.
