FORMOSA STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY To the Honorable the Court of Ordinary of said County. The petition of Mary A. Formosa a resident of said State and County respectfully shows that Wm. H. FORMOSA late of said county, departed this life in Haralson County, Ga. On the day of 1901, having made and duly executed his last Will and Testament wherein your petitioner nominated the Executrix. Your petitioner produces said Will in Court and prays that the same may be admitted to record upon the proof thereof in common form and that Letters Testamentary issue to your Petitioner in terms of the Law and your petitioner will ever pray etc. Head & Head Attys at law for Petitioner. COURT ORDER ADMITTING WILL IN COMMON FORM, Thos A. Hutcheson, Ordinary Letter from Witnesses stated signing of will occurred 9th day of July 1901. Witnesses: Wallace Norris, S. Orgain Sworn statement of Mary A. Formosa, Executrix, 31st day of March 1902 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT WM. H. FORMOSA I, WM H. FORMOSA, of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others Wills heretofore made by me. Item 1st. I wish my Executrix as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts. If a sale of property shall be necessary I wish her to select for sale that which can be most advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize her to sell the same a public or private sale as she may see fit. Item 2nd. After paying my funeral expenses which I desire to be as inexpensive as is consistent with a decent burial I give and bequeath to my dear wife all of my property both real and personal Item 3rd. I hereby appoint my wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. I desire that she give no bond. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 9th day of July 1901. WM. H.
