MINCHEW STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY In the name of God, Amen! I, ANTIE E. MINCHEW, of said state and county, being of advanced age but of sound and disposing mind and memory knowing that I must shortly depart this life, deem it right and proper both as respects my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. First, I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for salvation through the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Second, I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay if there be any, by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Thirdly, I give bequeath and devise to my beloved husband JOHN T. MINSHEW, fifty acres of land more or less lying and being in the southeast corner of the east half of Lot of Land No. (197) One hundred and ninety seven in the 8th district and 5th section of originally Carroll , Now Haralson County, State of Georgia, said made line is dividing the East half of said lot of land is running east and west and dividing the east half of said lot of land equally in number of acres, and also six acres more or less lying and being in the south west corner of Lot of land No. 180, one hundred eighty in the 8th district, 5th section of originally Carroll, Now Haralson County, State of Georgia. And also one fourth undivided interest in the south half of Lot of Land No.244, Two hundred and forty four in the8th district and 5th section of originally Carroll, now Haralson, State of Georgia containing 12 ½ acres more or less with all the rights, members and appertances to said parcels of land in anywise belonging free from all charge and limitation whatever to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever; with full power to dispose of the same by will or otherwise as he may deem proper. I also give and bequeath to my beloved husband in the same unreserved manner all of the interest I have in all the farming tools and utensils used in and belonging to the farm on said lands; and also all the interest I have in two mules and two cows and one heifer and one sow and one shoat and the pigs of the sow. And all my household and kitchen furniture and buggy, all without limitations or reserve. And if there be any money left on hand after my death, I will and bequeath to my beloved husband JOHN T. MINCHEW all the money that beon hand at my death to do as he chooses to do in any way he wants to. Fourthly,. I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved husband JOHN T.
