WILL BOOK A, PAGE 271 WILL OF JANE MORGAN, DECEASED I, JANE MORGAN, County of Haralson, State of Georgia being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to wit: First All my just debts and funeral expenses be first fully paid. Second I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my real estate to be sold by Colonel McWhorter at private sale without administering the proceeds to be divided equally between two sisters and one brother MARTHA MCWHORTER, MARY THOMAS AND ALLEN GOOLSBY. To have to hold to them, my said brother and two sisters and to their heirs and assigns forever. My personal property to be equally divided between MARTHA AND MARY except one feather bed and furnishings which I give to HOMER MCWHORTER, my nephew. Third I nominate and appoint COLONEL MCWHORTER my brother-in-law to be excutor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and appoint HOMER MCWHORTER as second executor to succeed his father in case of his inability.
