VERY STATE OF GEORGIA HARALSON COUNTY I, SARAH B. VERY, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament. Item First. I give, bequeath and devise to my husband MILES T. VERY, the use during his natural life of all property both real and personal of which I may die possessed. Said MILES T. VERY shall not have the right to dispose of any of said property nor to in any manner incumber same and shall keep same in good repair natural wear and tear excepted. Item Second. I give bequeath and devise to our two children, ERNEST F. VERY AND MABEL GERALDINE RUSSELL, share and share alike all my property, both real and personal of every name and nature of which I may die possessed, but it to be strictly understood that this bequest is subject to the provisions of Item Fist, in other words my said husband shall have the use of all such property free of rent, during his natural lifetime as provided in said First Item. Item Third. I hereby constitute and appoint my son ERNEST F. VERY, executor of this my last will and testament and I hereby direct that my said executor shall not be required to give any bond whatsoever in the matter, and further that he shall have the right to sell any or all of said property, either at public or private sale as he may deem proper. Said executor shall, however, not sell any of said property until after the death of said MILES T. VERY. Witness my hand and seal at Tallapoosa, Ga. This 12th day of April, 1906. SARAH B. VERY, L. S.
