 WYATT N WILLIAMS guardianship BENJAMIN WHISENHUNT 
HEIRS

STATE OF GEORGIA, HARALSON COUNTY
Know all men by these presents that Mr. Wyatt N.
Williams, principal and Allen Philpot directly are
held and firmly bound to the Ordinary for said
County and his directors in office in the just and
full sum of five hundred dollars for the payment of
which sum To the said Ordinary and his directors in
office do bind ourselves, or heir Execotrs and
Adminstrators family and severally by these presents
sealed with our Seals and dated this the 20th day of
May 1867.

The condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas Wyatt N. Williams has been appointed
guardian to the persons and property of PIETY, CLETY
AND HUGH WHISTENHUNT orphans of BENJAMIN
WHISTENHUNT, Deceased.

Now if the said  Wyatt N. Williams does well and
truly demean himself as guardian as aforesaid
agreeable to Letter of Guardianship bearing even
date herewith and agreeable to law in said case made
and provided the above obligation to be void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
