Know all men by these presents that we Martha Bass and
Daniel Zachery are held and firmly bound unto the
justices of the Inferior Court sitting as a court of
Ordinary and their successors in office in the sum of
eight hundred dollars payable by the said Martha Bass and
either of them their heirs, executors, administrators, or
____ jointly and severally to be void on condition that
the said Martha Bass shall do and perform all the duties
of guardianship for the persons and and property of
William (1) I Bafs & George W & Sarah Bafs orphans of
Alexander Bass dec'd as the law requires of her otherwise
to remain in full force power and virtue witness our
hands and seals that first day of November 1849.
