---- Know all men by those presents that we John
Johnston & Wm Johnston are held, and firmly bound
unto the Justices of the Inferior Court. Sitting as a
court of Ordinary and their successors in office in
the Sum of Three Thousand dollars payable by the said
John Johnston and Wm Johnston or either of them their
heirs, Executors, administrators or assigns jointly
and severaly to be paid on condition that if the said
John & Wm Johnston shall do And perform all the
duties of guardianship for the person And property of
Joseph Johnston orphan of _______________ _______ as
the law requires of them otherwise to remain in full
force power and virtue. 

Witness our hands and seals this fourth Day of
November 1833
