STATE OF GEORGIA, Harris COUNTY 
THIS INDENTURE, Made the Thirteenth day of February, in the year of our lord  
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety four, between Robt. J. Oliver, of the  
County of Muscogee, of the one part, and J. M. Hutchens and R. W. Hutchens of  
the county of Lee, Ala, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said Robt. J.  
Oliver and T. O. Oliver, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred  
dollars, in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents,  
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,  
aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain,  
sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said J. M. Hutchens and R. W. Hutchens 
heirs and assigns, all the following described land to wit Forty (40) acres  
off of the North side of East half of Lot No. Two hundred and twenty three  
(223) bounded as follows on South by lands of C.O. Murrah on the North by  
lands of C. T. Oliver on the East by lands of A. J. Hubbard on the West by  
lands of J. A. Winchester said lands lying and being in the twenty first (21)  
District of said County 
To have and to hold the said bargained premises, with all and singular the  
rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper  
use, benefit and behoof of him the said J. M. Hutchens and R. W. Hutchens  
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee-simple; and the said  
Robt. J. Oliver the said bargand premises unto the said J. M. Hutchens and R.  
W. Hutchens heirs, administrators and assigns, against the said R. J. Oliver  
his heirs, executors, administrators, and against all and every other person  
or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these  
presents. 
In Witness Whereof, the said Robert J. Oliver has hereunto set his hand,  
affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and the year first  
above written.
