State of Georgia, Harris County, 

THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of Dec in the year of our
Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and two between F. L. Moye of
the State of Georgia and County of Harris of the one part, and
A. F. Copeland of the State of Georgia and County of Harris of
the other part: 

WITNESSETH, That the said F. L. Moye for and in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents(the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) hath
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, that doth by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said A. F.
Copeland his heirs and assigns Fifty (50) acres of Land in the
North East corner of Lot of Land number One hundred and
nineteen (119) in the 20th District of Harris County, Georgia 

This deed was made to secure a loan of One Hundred and Fifty
Dollars. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said bargained premises unto
him the said A. F. Copeland his heirs and assigns, together
with all and singular right, members and appurtenances thereof
to the same in any manner belonging to him and their own proper
use, benefit and behoof, in Fee Simple. And the said F. L. Moye
for his heirs, executors, and administrators, the said
bargained premises unto said A. F. Copeland his heirs and
asigns, will warrant and forever defend the right and  title
thereof against himself and against the claims of his heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns, and against the claims
of all other persons whatsoever. 

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said F.L. Moye baye hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written.
