Dunn to Waters B. Dunn Recorded Feby 10th, 1872 Georgia Harris County This Indenture made this fifth day of February 1872 between W. S. Dunn of sd County of the first part and Waters B. Dunn of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Wm S. Dunn for & in consideration of the sum of one hundred & fourteen 12/100 dollars to him in hand paid by the said Waters B. Dunn at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell, and convey, unto the said Waters B. Dunn his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being in the county aforesaid known as the North East corner of Lot number 50 2nd district originally Troup now Harris said lands joining Waters B. Dunn on the South Side running across one hundred acres of lot No. 50 containing fourteen acres and one quarter. To have and to hold the said bargained premises and tract of land to the said Waters B. Dunn his heirs and assigns together with all the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple: And the said W. S. Dunn for himself, his heirs, executors (&) administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Waters B. Dunn his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof, against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said Wm S.
