Barden Clk Georgia Harris County This Indenture made and entered into this the tenth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two between Harrison K. Dunn of said State and County of the one part Joseph Miller of the same place. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he the said Harrison K. Dunn has and bears to his wife Sarah Jane Dunn and his Children Martha Opehelia Dunn, Mary Frances Dunn, Celina E. Dunn, Eliza Ann Dunn, and for and in Consideration of the sum of five Dollars cash in hand paid by said Joseph Miller at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained, sold, granted and Conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell grant and convey unto the said Joseph Miller for the use benefit and advantage in trust for said Sarah Jane Dunn and the aforesaid children which she now has and those she may hereafter have free from the control or disposition of myself or a future husband the following Negroes to wit, Isabella a woman aged nineteen years & her infant child, and her children Hill a boy aged three years, Smith aged about two years and Andonias a girl aged about eight years. To have and to hold the above described property in Trust for my said wife and all her children as aforesaid forever in fee simple free from the debts & liabilities of myself or any future Husband of my said wife and free from the control of myself or any future Husband to their only benefit and behoof. In witness whereof the said Harrison K. Dunn hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written. Signed, Sealed and delivered H. K. Dunn in presence of William J.
