LOCAL News

Deputy Marshall J.C. Johnson whose headquarters are in Newnan, brought 
Virgil C. Pratt and Green Story down from Harris county Wednesday night and 
carried them before Judge Brown on the charge of illicit distilling. They 
were both assessed a bond of $200. for their appearance at the December term 
of the United States Court. Bond was given in each case and the men allowed
