Life was full of bright hopes for her but as she realized her true condition she assured her loved ones, she was not afraid to die and as she crossed the dark valley we believe she was met by angels in a fairer land. She was talented and gifted, with a bright intellect while magnetic prosperity drew to her a large circle of friends many who gathered the flowers that loaded the casket that closed from our view the beautiful form (as though asleep) and one we loved with the tiny babe by her side. Deceased was a consistent member of the Baptist church and was a daughter of the late Rev. John Harris. She leaves a devoted husband, who feels the light of his life has gone, one brother, Dixie Harris, her sisters are Mrs. John Robinson, Mrs. Sim Sparks, Mrs. E.A. Fuller, Mrs. O.V. Fuller and Miss Lila Harris. The funeral services and interment were at Valley Grove cemetery conducted by her pastor Rev. T.T. Davis.
