Cooper Truitt Killed

Cooper Truitt, a well-known young man of Hamilton, and a son of Mr. A.F. 
Truitt, was shot and killed in a drug store at Hamilton one day last week.  
Truitt had been drinking during the day and seemed to out for a difficulty.  He 
made an attack on Mr. Mobley, who was his brother-in-law, and Mr. Mobley shot 
him three times in rapid succession with a revolver.  Mr. Mobley has been 
arrested and the commitment trial will take place in Hamilton tomorrow.
