Truitt, was shot and killed in a drug store at Hamilton one day last week. Truitt had been drinking during the day and seemed to out for a difficulty. He made an attack on Mr. Mobley, who was his brother-in-law, and Mr. Mobley shot him three times in rapid succession with a revolver.
