Robinson was about 35 years old and leaves a wife and one child. Truett is unmarried. He is the youngest son of Hon. A.F. Truett, clerk of Harris County. The difficulty had its origin in the arrest of Truett by Robinson some time ago for being intoxicated. Since that time Truett has been at enmity with the marshal. Both were popular men of Harris County.
