Ishmael Copeland Will

State of Georgia
County of Harris 	Last will and testament of Ishmael Copeland 
In the name of God amen I Ishmael Copeland of the state of Georgia Harris 
County of the age of Sixty five years and being of sound mind and memory do 
here by make  publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner 
following
Item 1st It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully 
paid .
Item 2nd After my death it is my will and testament that all the property left 
both real and personal after settlement and payment of all cost of my last 
sickness and funeral expenses shall be divided equally among all my children or 
their heirs namely Jim Copeland Rich Copeland  Frank Copeland Nat Copeland, Joe 
Copeland Georgia Copeland William Harriet Copeland Marshal, Natlie Copeland Da 
Leach Pearlie Copeland Barnes Abbie Copeland, Lizzie Copeland  Barnes, also 
Margan Copeland , my first wifes son, to share and share alike lastly I hereby 
nominate and appoint Mr. J. T. Copeland to be the executor of this my last will 
and testament, hereby revoking all former wills.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal , this the 13th day of 
March in the year of our Lord 1914

The above instrument consisting of two sheets was now here subscribed by 
Ishmael Copeland the Testator in the presence of each of us and was at the time 
declaired by him to be his last will and testament, and we at his request sign 
our names hereto in presents as attesting witnesses
