Mobley having been duly provided at this regualar adjourned term of the Court in open Court upon the oaths of Thos M. Buford, James G Cotton and Notley Maddox, ordered by the Court that the same be attached to records and letters testam---? indexed. William Johnson C.C.O. (Book 1, page 77 & 78) 99 Georgia Harris County In the name of God Amen. I Reubin R. Mobley being that I shall soon depart this life and being of a disposing mind do make this my last will and testament thereby revoking all others. Item first. I want all my just debts paid Item 2nd. I want all my property to remain together only given (divided?) off to each of my sons Leonard, James William (Madison?), & Washington at the age of twenty one as much property as I have given to my son Leve (Levy) to whom I have given a negro boy worth at time of gift four hundred and fifty dollars also a horse and saddle & bridle. I want my girls Sarah Martha Mary & Cornelia when they become of age or mary (marry) to have as much as I gave to my daughter Rachel to whom I have given a negro girl considered to be of the same value as the boy given to Levy and she is yet to have a horse bridle & saddle. In case my widow should mary (marry) then a division shall be made after the following manner. There shall be made after given to the widow and to those children to whom no division has at that time been made on amount of property equal to that which has been given to each of those who have received a part at that time then the balance of the property shall be divided equally between the widow & all my children And further in case of the marriage of my widow I want the property that falls to my children who are under age & unmarried to be put into the hands of a Guardian to be kept for their use till they shall become of age or marry. I want my children to be supported & schooled out of the proceeds of the property left together with the widows. I do hereby will and appoint Leonard D.A. Mobley & Jas M. Mobley my sons to be my executors to this my last will and testament in conformity? whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 17th Aug. 1844. The above made over in our presence and acknowledged by Reuben R. Mobley to be his last will and testament and he put his mark to the same Signed: Thos. M Buford, Jas. G.
