Feby. 1895 State of Georgia} To the Ordinary Said county the following schedule Hart County } of property of Abner L Dunn who is the head of a family consisting of himself his wife Rhoda Dunn about 24 years old and 5 minor children to wit George 13 Mattie 8 Parker 6 Sam 5 Lizz Dunn 2 years old I claim to be exempt from levy and sale by A L Dunn out of A L Dunn Estate for the benefit of his said wife and children under Section 2040 of the code of Georgia and following to wit our farm Horse or Mule our cow red sided white back--- and calf white and brown spotted ten head of hogs and fifty dollars worth of provisions sic corn wheat meal and land & five dollars worth additional for each child sic syrup peas potatoes sugar coffee & fifty bushels of corn and thousand pounds of fodder and our horse wagon our table our set of chairs sufficient for the use of the family household and kitchen furniture not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars and 3 Beds and Bedding and common bedsteads one loom one spinning wheel & two pair cards and one hundred pounds of lint cotton common tools of trade of himself and family family bible religious works and school books family portraits Equipment & Arms of a Militia Soldier and Trooper’s Horse & ordinary cooking utensils and Table crockery wearing apparel of himself & family and one family sewing machine sic all amt not Exceed Three Hundred Dollars Personally appeared A L Dunn the applicant for Exemption above set out before the under Signed and on oath Says the same is a true and correct Schedule of his property which is claimed to be exempt to deponent & family under Section 2040 of the Code & following Section which deponent prays may be recorded as provided by law his A L Dunn mark Georgia Hart} I F.
