A. Dunn, who is the head of a family, consisting of himself, his wife, Fannie Dunn, and 5 minor children, To Wit: Lenard Dunn 15 yrs old, Emma Dunn 13 yrs old, Cecil Dunn 6 yrs old; Mamie Dunn 4 yrs old and Tyrus Dunn 12 months old, claimed to be exempt from levy and sale, for the use and benefit of his said wife and family, under section 3416 of the Code of Georgia and following sections: One farm horse or Mule or in lue thereof one yoke of Oxen. One Cow and Calf, Ten head of hogs and fifty dollars worth of provision and five dollars additional for each child. Fifty bushels of Corn, one thousand pounds of fodder, one one-horse wagon one table and a set of chairs sufficient for the use of the family, and household and kitchen furniture not to exceed one hundred and fifty dollars in value. Beds, bedding, and common bedsteads sufficient for the use of the family. Common Tools of trade of himself and family. Ordinary cooking utensils and table crockery. Wearing apparel of himself and family. Family Bible, religous works and school books. One family sewing machine. Personally came the undersigned M. A. Dunn the applicant for exemption above set out, who on oath says that the same is a true and correct shelude of his property which is claimed to be exempt to deponent and family under section 3416 of the Code and following sections which deponent prays may be recorded as provided by law.
