Atlanta Constitution, 8 Sep 1916 
Hartwell, Ga., September 7 - Mrs. Ellen G. Craft, widow of Hon. J. F. Craft, 
died at her home in Hartwell at midnight last night. The funeral was held at 
the residence this afternoon. Mrs. Craft is survived by the following 
children: Mrs. R. E. Telford, Mrs. F. P. Linder, Mrs. Mary Creighton, Mr. T.G. 
and D. G. Craft of Hartwell, and Rev. J. P. Craft of Swainsboro. 

Additional Comments:
Hart Co. cemetery records show Ellen Goss Craft, born 13 Dec 1841, died 7 Sep 
1916, widow of Capt. J. F. Craft, and Capt. John F. Craft, born 4 Mar 1838, 
died 23 Aug 1885, Confederate soldier, both buried Northview cemetery, 
Hartwell.
