A Town Marshal Killed.

Hartwell, Ga., February 7-
William Dooly. marshal of Hartwell, was killed last night about nine o'clock.  
He was standing in Henry Allen's bar, by the fire, when some one shot him from 
outside of the house.  He lived but a few minutes.  Certain persons are 
suspected and a few days will show whether justly or not.
