Byron Mark Gaines, 49, of Bowman, died Saturday, December 18, 2004, at his 
residence.

He was born in Fulton County June 16, 1955, the son of Aurora (Betty) Gaines 
of Bowman and the late Byron H. Gaines. He was a farmer and was Baptist.

Survivors in addition to his mother include a daughter, Amanda Gaines, Conyers.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, December 21, at the Cary Memorial 
Gardens with the Rev. Chris Pritchett officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 2537 Pleasant 
Grove Road, Bowman, Ga. 40624.

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
