He resided in the Kings Bench section. His wife died two years ago and he leaves several children. He was a brother of County Superintendent of Education W. B. Morris and former Legislator John B. Morris, now in Germany. Additional Comments: Hart Co. marriage records show T. E. Morris and Minnie Hewin were married on 23 Jan 1898. Hart Co. cemetery book shows Thomas E. Morris, born 23 May 1872, died 10 Jun 1919, and Minnie Hewin Morris, born 27 Dec 1877, died 8 Apr 1938, wife of Thomas E., both buried Mt. Olivet Baptist church cemetery.
