A manuscript on descendants of Andrew Brown of Albemarle Co., VA and Elbert and 
Hart Cos., GA indicates that LeRoy C. Brown, born 23 Dec 1842, son of Wiley 
Brown and Sarah Clark (dau. of Williamson and Patsy Hall Clark of 
Ruckersville), was married to Victoria Evelyn Bowers. Cemetery records show
that LeRoy and Victoria (5 Jun 1849-12 Mar 1922) are buried in Northview City
Cemetery in Hartwell and that Victoria and LeRoy were married on 13 Feb 1866.
