Atlanta Constitution, 6 Feb 1902 
Hartwell, Ga., February 5 - Hon. and Mrs. Asbury Goss McCurry of Hartwell have 
issued invitations to the marriage of their niece, Miss Daisy Norton Webb, to 
Dr. William Edgar McCurry, both of Hartwell, at 9 o'clock Tuesday evening, 
February 11, 1902. The nupitals will be a home marriage, with only the 
relatives of the contracting parties present. The ceremony will be peformed by 
Rev. A. W. Williams, and the "Wedding March" will be played by Miss Bessie 
Peek and Mrs. J. E. Linder. A reception will be tendered after the ceremony, 
and the following evening the groom's parents, Dr. and Mrs. I. L. McCurry, 
will tender a reception. Miss Webb is  daughter of Dr. Charles A Webb, and a 
young lady of culture and refinement. She is quite popular at home and over 
the state, where she has many friends, having attended Wesleyan Female 
college. Dr. McCurry is a prominent young physician of Hartwell, and 
deservedly popular. He is a graduate of the state university, class of 1897, 
and is also an alumnus of the College of Physician and Surgeons, Baltimore, 
Md., having graduated with honors in both of these popular institution.

William Edgar McCurry, born 13 Jul 1877, died 28 Oct 1960; Daisy Norton Webb 
McCurry, born 25 Sep 1877, died 31 Mar 1956; and Dr. Isham Luther McCurry, 
born 8 Feb 1848, died 7 Nov 1917.
