Written: May 1 1899 Recorded: May 1 1899 Estate of E. H. GORE, deceased Permanent Bond State of Georgia, Heard County Know all men by these presence that we, E.B. Gore as Principal, C.J. Arrington and W.A. Sheats as sureties are held and firmly bound and obliged unto the Honorable, the Ordinary of said County for the time being and his successors in office, in the sum of four hundred dollars to be paid to the said Ordinary, his successors in office or assigns for which payment will and truly to be made and done. We bind ourselves jointly and severally and each of our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presence. Sealed with our seals and dated at Franklin the 1st day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound E.B. Gore, Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of E.H. Gore, deceased, to make a true and perfect inventory of all the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hand, possession or knowledge of the said E.B. Gore on in the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him, and the same so made to exhibit in the Court of Ordinary of said County when he shall be thereunto required, and such goods, chattels and credits do will and truly administer according to law, and make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when required by the Superior Court of the Ordinary for said County. And all the rest of the goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the account of the said Administration the same being first allowed by the said Court, shall deliver and pay to such persons respectfully as are entitled to same by law. And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased and the same be proved before the Court and the Executors obtain a certificate of the probate thereof and the said E.B. Gore do in such case if required render and deliver up the said Letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force. E.B. Gore, X, his mark C.J.
