MICKLE, Executor of Last Will and Testament of William FANNIN, deceased, petitioned the Court for permission to sell land in the Estate for equal distribution to the heirs of Fannin. Heirs named as follows: William M. Fannin and John M. Fannin of Randolph County, Ala E. Kimbel, wife of Peter Kimbel of Newton County, GA Sarah Hopkins, wife of Daniel Hopkins of Arkansas Nancy BROWN, wife of Christopher Brown of HEARD County, Georgia Mary McGowan, wife of Mr. McGowan. Mary McGowan a resident of Randolph Co. Ala James C. Fannin of Lawrence Co. Miss. Joseph P. Fannin of Troup Co. GA ; All over the age of 21 years. The following grandchildren named: Sarah Darden, wife of George Darden; daughter of Annis House, formerly Annis FANNIN Nancy, Amanda and Emeline House under the age of 21 years and residents of Texas for whom Charles W. Statham is appointed guardian.
