Lewis as Principal and L.F. Davis and J.E. Lane and W.R. Combs as Securities are held and firmly bound into the Ordinary for said County and his successors in office and assigns in the just and full sum of Ten Thousand Dollars for the payment of which sum to the said Ordinary and his successors in office, we and ourselves our heirs executors and administrators in the whole and for the whole sum jointly and severally and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this October 5, 1914. The condition of the above obligation is such: That if the above bound E.E. Lewis do make a true and perfect inventory of the goods, chattels, rights, credits, lands and tenements of Edward Lewis late of Heard County, deceased, which have or shall come into the hands or possession of any person or knowledge of the said E.E. Lewis or the hands or possession of any person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit unto the said Ordinary when he shall be thereunto required. And such goods chattels credits lands and tenements do will and truly administer according to law and do make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when he shall thereunto be required by the Court; shall deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively as they may be entitled to the same by law. And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the deceased and the same be proven before the Court of Ordinary and the Executor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof and E.E. Lewis in such case if required deliver up to the said Letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force.
